The Quality Mechanical Engineer will oversee and continually improve and ensure compliance with quality standards, and contribute to machine design and testing processes. Day-to-day tasks include utilizing CAD software for design, supporting R&D activities, and enhancing production quality. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Industrial Belbes city.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough quality inspections on incoming materials, WIP, and finished products
- Verify that all materials, processes, and final goods meet internal standards and customer specifications.
- Document and track NCRs, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Lead continual improvement initiatives for quality processes and overall outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with other departments to elevate product and service quality.
- Regularly collect and analyze customer feedback/satisfaction data, then recommend actionable improvements.
Must Have
- Fresh Mechanical Engineering graduate (recent or upcoming).
- Solid understanding of core Mechanical Engineering principles and Machine Design concepts.
- Strong proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software and related tools.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Strong commitment to quality standards and process excellence.
Nice to have
- Preference for candidates located near or willing to commute to Belbes Industrial City.
- Working one year in quality
