This is a full-time role for a Senior Sales Engineer with 4–6 years of experience in B2B sales. The main purpose of this position is to accelerate and close deals with current qualified leads while proactively generating new qualified leads.
Responsibilities
- Manage and accelerate the sales cycle for qualified leads, from initial discussions to successful deal closure.
- Conduct needs analysis to understand customer business challenges and requirements.
- Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations tailored to customer needs.
- Generate new qualified leads through prospecting, networking, and attending industry events (with a focus on the manufacturing segment.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Track sales activities and pipeline, providing accurate forecasts and reports.
- Contribute to improving sales processes and strategies.
Must have
- 4–6 years of experience in B2B sales
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- ExAbility to understand customer needs and present appropriate solutions.
- Experience with B2B sales processes.
Nice to have
- Sales experience in the industrial segment.
- Mechanical Engineering bachelor is strongly preferred
- HExperience in engineering services or industrial solutions is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills
